Skills Academy for Needy Aspirants (SANA) is an institution established to bridge the skills gap for communities from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded on the principles of equity, inclusivity, and empowerment, SANA creates opportunities for individuals—especially women—to unlock their potential and build independent, dignified livelihoods.
SANA provides a supportive and nurturing environment through vocational training, lifeskills development, and structured mentorship. Our programs are designed to enable personal growth, professional capability, and long-term economic independence, regardless of social or financial barriers.

Our Journey & Impact

Since its establishment, SANA has grown into a center of skill development and empowerment, successfully training and supporting over 1000 beneficiaries across multiple vocational disciplines. Through collaborations with local and international organizations, including HOPE’87, SANA has delivered training, incubation services, and mentorship that enable participants to transition from learning to earning. Our holistic approach combines practical skills training with entrepreneurial guidance, market exposure, and continuous mentorship. Graduates are equipped not only as skilled artisans or professionals, but as confident individuals capable of navigating markets, launching small businesses, and contributing meaningfully to their communities. Through this journey, SANA continues to stand as a beacon of empowerment— transforming lives, strengthening communities, and creating pathways to sustainable economic independence.
